We woke up smiling like little clams! (after having NOT slept under the covers of the bed... or touching much of anything in the room, although the handle of the drawer fell off when Nick touched it haha). We collected our belongings (my bag, that Nick strategically barricaded the door with) and happily marched past the same crowd of people that were in the lobby last night (who just creepily stare at us and say nothing). We celebrated when we got in the car (but really!) and were off to the other side of the lake to find somewhere to stay for the night! :)
I was able to take a picture of it today, because it was already a laughable situation :) goodbyyyyye Hotel Aurora!

and then we got interrupted by the lady that worked there.... the string that Nick was pulling.... was informing the front desk that there was a 911 emergency in our room :)
Today was our first true Italian food experience. Feeling all fancy with our suite, we went to the hotel next door and sat at the outside restaurant and ordered what I would consider our best meal yet! We walked around town and explored, and then went out to dinner and got the full experience. We ordered a primi and secondi (first and second course) and then splurged on the fancy dessert too! It was a liiiiittle more expensive then we thought! But well worth it!
